As Culinary Director, I am excited to announce THE CURATED PLATE 2026 programme is live!
A 10-day celebration of the Sunshine Coast’s local producers, restaurants, experiences, and chefs, from the sea to the hinterland.
With 50 collaborative and imaginative events to choose from across the whole region – this is a great opportunity to support small businesses, farmers and producers!
Whether it’s on a farm, by the sea, under the stars, next to a mountain, on a boat, in a distillery or a restaurant – there’s something for everyone and every budget.
Signature events include my own festival launch ‘Island Fire’, the iconic Sunshine Coast Asian Food Festival, the Mooloolaba Seafood Market Day, Kennilworth Ember & Harvest Weekend and Picnic on Kings..
