Chef Peter Kuruvita has joined My Australian Career (MYAC) as Brand Ambassador, partnering with an organisation dedicated to supporting migrants, students, and professionals in building meaningful futures in Australia.

Peter has proudly united with Australia’s largest coconut ingredient supplier, Hello Pure, as their new brand ambassador. Used in all his kitchens, Hello Pure products are organic, ethically sourced and of the highest quality.

Peter is currently an ambassador for Stoddart – one of Australia’s leading commercial food service equipment fabricators and distributor of major brands for the food industry. Peter has used Stoddart equipment through-out his kitchen at ALBA by Kuruvita.

Peter has teamed up with the good people at Lord & Lion to create a beautiful gift box complete with all the spices you need to start cooking! Carefully curated to each cookbook and using the very best spices sourced from their family’s plantations in Sri Lanka and India.

Peter has worked with Dilmah Tea in an ambassadorial role for many years, developing the concept of tea gastronomy. This involves hosting the annual worldwide “Real High Tea Challenge”, recipe development and developing Dilmah t-Lounges across the globe.

Working with Dilmah’s charitable arm, the MJF Charitable Foundation, Peter is proud to be a Governor of the Empower Culinary Hospitality and Inspirational School. This initiative empowers and trains young people from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds.
