I am a long-time ambassador of Dilmah Tea for very good reason. This magnificent high tea experience will honour these single-origin varieties and showcase tea-gastronomy within the stunning surrounds of Evergreen.
Through a selection of tea infused sweet and savoury delights, guests will uncover the versatility of tea as an ingredient.
Be entertained as I take you on a gastronomical journey, sharing the art of tea and my role in creating unique recipes using the ancient herbs delicate flavours. An indulgent afternoon not to be missed.
