I’ve created a special seven-course dinner menu that journeys through the flavours of my Sri Lankan childhood and signature dishes from my Noosa Beach House menu.
Each dish tells a story that I will share with guests in this one of a kind culinary experience. Paired with an exceptional selection of Victorian wines and single-origin Dilmah Tea, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.
