At the edge of the world, Tasmania is know for it’s incredible natural beauty and diverse produce and culinary scene.
Join me in March 2022 for an all new super-luxe 10-day personally hosted culinary tour – stay in great accommodation, eat the best food & enjoy unique experiences – it’s all included!
We’ll explore the most beautiful scenery with professional wilderness guides & sample the finest food & produce on offer. It starts with me personally cooking up a Sri Lankan feast at the Bay of Fires. We’ll uncover and explore the rich variety of produce from kayaking to oyster farms at Freycinet, truffle hunts, Cape Grim cattle farms, apiary tour and a once in a lifetime seafood experience in Hobart.
Expect lots of tastings at boutique wineries, whiskey distilleries, breweries and cheese dairies, as well as exploring the seafood scene on the west coast in Strahan. Our trip concludes in Launceston where we’ll have the opportunity to wander the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market.
