This exclusive degustation showcases Peter’s signature seven-course style—vibrant, generous and deeply connected to Sri Lanka’s coastal flavours—and marks the only place in Australia to experience his renowned snapper curry. Running from 19 March to 26 April, with Peter in residence for opening week until 22 March, this limited-season series invites guests to savour a rare culinary moment above Melbourne.
