When the Chefs and the Tea-Maker get together for an indulgent High Tea degustation honouring their mothers, you know it’s going to be special!

Myself and Dilmah Tea‘s CEO and tea-maker, Dilhan Fernando, come together for an extraordinary Mother’s Day High Tea celebration at Sofitel Adelaide. In collaboration with Sofitel’s own accomplished Pastry Chef, Lydia Schofield, the three talented individuals have created a stunning menu befitting the special day.

We will welcome you into the contemporary surrounds of Garcon Bleu with a unique tea-infused cocktail. Take your seat to savour 3-courses of savoury dishes, each paired with single-origin varieties of Dilmah’s finest teas. An exquisite high tea will follow, featuring sweet items infused and inspired by tea. There will also be a select beverage menu available to enjoy on consumption.

Hosts Peter and Dilhan will take you on a gastronomical journey through the courses. They will share their knowledge on the art of tea and Dilmah’s ‘field to cup’ philosophy. Complete with a bespoke gift for mum to take away, this will be a very special experience that you do not want to miss.
