SIGNATURE DINNER – $180 per person
Begin with a welcome tea cocktail and canapés, followed by an intimate five-course share-style bespoke menu paired with rare teas. With exclusive access to Peter throughout the evening, this is a unique culinary experience not to be missed.

COOKING MASTERCLASS & LUNCH – $300 per person

With limited spaces, this exclusive experience includes a signed cookbook and a special gift from Dilmah Tea to take home.
