We are honoured to have 2020 Winemaker of the Year & 2022 Viticulturist of The Year, Vanya Cullen, join us for this exclusive wine dinner.
Celebrating over 50 years growing in the ancient soils of Wilyabrup, Margaret River region, WA., Cullen wines are the only biodynamic and carbon neutral winery in the region. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar.
Peter Kuruvita has carefully curated a 5-Course degustation menu paired with the finest flagship Cullen Wines.
Enjoy an evening of fine food and wine whilst learning about the carbon-neutral, biodynamic growing and making techniques from one of Australia’s most awarded and pioneering female winemakers.
