There are people who make an impact in your life, then there are those without whom you simply wouldn’t be the man you are. One of those amazing people is my mother Lily.
This wonderful article published in The Daily Telegraph gave me a chance to pay even a small tribute to this incredible woman. It is because of my mum that I spent so many hours as a boy cooking biscuits and curries, and developed a soul for cuisine and a love of food.
As the article states, “She taught me about flavours and richness.”
