After a soggy start which saw the opening launch delayed until Friday 9th March, Taste of Sydney 2012 was a great success! Flying Fish have participated in this exciting Sydney foodie event since it’s birth, and 3 years on, it just gets better and better.
Flying Fish kitchen staff sent out Prawns w/ okra sambol; O.Trout w/ ginger, chilli, shallot and Coconut Treacle pancake w/ cardamon ice cream at lightening fast rate to keep up with the hungry crowd.
It was fantastic to meet so many people who love dining at Flying Fish and followed my journey on My Sri Lanka.
The atmosphere among the crowd and camaraderie among the chefs is what I love most about this annual event – we’ll definitely be there in 2013 !
