We ran a competition on www.facebook.com/FlyingFishAU recently for 2 VIP passes to Taste of Sydney. To enter all you had to do was comment and answer “What is your favourite type of seafood, and why?”

Over 1,500 views later and we have a winner!

Veronica Li Soft shell crabs should top my list! I simply adore this delicacy and treasure as the whole crab is completely soft making the entire crab edible. When cooked, soft shell crabs are intensely flavourful, the shells become paper-thin and slightly crunchy, like potato crisp! Yum!
